It was time for our salt cell to be cleaned so the timing couldn't have been more perfect. I would imagine this time of year in NC pools are still being closed, but Jamaal responded within 2 days and had a tech here by the end of the week. Justin was our on site tech and what a wonderful young man. He explained the process and made some suggestions to better our setup.
