My equipment froze when we lost power on a freezing night. The pool company I was using would not return my calls or emails so I reached out to North State pools for help to get my pool up and running again. They actually answer the phone when you call and they kept in contstant communication with me and were able to get my pool fixed by the next day. I have used their services now for 5+ years and I’ve been very satisfied. My pool is always clean and they do a great job of fitting me in when something major goes wrong with motor, pump etc. I would recommend them to anyone that isn’t a do it yourself pool person. We were looking for a local pool company to discuss some maintenance programs for our pool. It was time for our salt cell to be cleaned so the timing couldn't have been more perfect. I would imagine this time of year in NC pools are still being closed, but Jamaal responded within 2 days and had a tech here by the end of the week. Justin was our on site tech and what a wonderful young man. He explained the process and made some suggestions to better our setup.
