Brian and Adam have been very professional. We appreciate that they communicate updates with their arrival time via text messaging, arrive on-time for appointments and resolve problems while effectively communicating solutions and suggestions for proper pool practices.
This year after opening, we had air bubbles in our return lines - Adam suggested we purchase a new hose. The hose that our defunct and no longer accessible pool builder provided to us had a good sized crack at the connector, allowing air to be suctioned into the pump, which was particularly noticeable while attempting to vacuum.
Our pool builder never provided documentation, instruction or guidance. He just stopped answering phone and text messages. Adam taught us about our equipment and how to use everything properly. We are grateful to have North State Pools supporting us.

We had a great experience with North State Pools. They visited our home within 24 hours of calling for a quote to clean and reapair some pump parts on our above ground pool.
